Patron: I can read. I just don’t understand it.
Laura: Lower-case is the opposite of capital. Like the ones after the first letter of your name.

Laura: Small letters. Regular letters.

Patron: Wow, that’s obvious. I feel dumb.
Laura: You’re not. Sometimes it’s good to go back and start at the beginning.
