Laura: There’s a lady on the phone for you about a bad haircut.
Grant: Tell her I went home.
Laura: But you’re still here!
(Grant says “shhh.” while ducking behind the counter)
Laura: I’m afraid he’s not here.
Patron: I don’t suppose you can help.
Laura: I can loan you a hat. Who’s your favorite Miyazaki character? Hello?
