Jody: No problem!

Patron: “No problem” as in you’ll remove my fines again?
Jody: No, “no problem” as in I accept your apology.

Patron: Can you please remove my fines again?
Jody: Not after you’ve admitted to a rule violation.

Patron: I was hoping I’d caught you in a good mood again.
Jody: You had.
