Patron: I don’t want to read words I find objectionable to any of my values.
Martin: You could keyword search for each of them in the ebook, but that would defeat the purpose.

Patron: I’m sorry I’ve taken up your time.
Martin: I’m sorry I couldn’t give you the help you asked for.

Patron: I’m from the future.
