so in this ‘verse that library is not under the CA law that allows a parent to “safely surrender” their unwanted newborn within 3 days of birth
It strikes me that, unless you accept the pro-life definition, a trillion eggs does not constitute a “newborn” (quite apart from the question of whether a public restroom is “safe”).
And people should accept the pro-life position
