    Yup, you have to physically remove even the remotest possibility of the hint that the computer might be usable or they’ll sit right down!

    That’s why I removed the keyboards and faced the monitors against the wall for the unavailable PC’s in my branch.

    We took away keyboards, mice, and chairs.

    We took away the chairs and unplugged the computers.
    (unplugging them also helps with the computer wait list program-thing.)

    But now there’s no one in there but we staff! Its quiet.
