Martin: Never interrupt a man who’s enjoying a book.

Luke: I need to put a few books on the shelves behind you.
Martin: Stop interrupting.

Luke: You’ve been standing there for an hour.
Martin: Have not.

Luke: If you move now, I’ll show you a sexy coffee table book I just shelved.
Martin: DEAL!

    Back in my early days in (British) public libraries I had a colleague like Martin. She was highly intelligent but send her out with an armful of books to shelve and we practically had to send out search parties! She would pick up a book to shelve, get interested in it and stand there reading it one handed whilst she had an armful of books inthe other
