Laura: Sorry.

Patron 1: It would have been faster if I’d copied it by hand.
Laura: Do you want to borrow a pen?

Patron 1: Why is it working for other people?
Laura: Want me to go ask?

Patron 2: This isn’t what I printed.
Patron 1: That’s what I’ve been trying to print!
Laura: Problem solved!
