Grant: A new edition hasn’t been published yet.

Patron: So I should trust the internet?
Grant: Not always. But it is quicker and easier to correct a website than to publish an updated book.

Patron: Your website says the library is closed today. (or other fact that’ obviously wrong)
Grant: “Quicker and easier” doesn't always mean “more accurate.”
