Patron: I want to complain about your “scanner.”
Lucy: That machine scans?
Grant: Yes. It even emails the images it creates.

Lucy: I thought it was a fax machine.
Grant: That’s fake news.

Lucy: You haven’t been using your special screwdrivers, have you? Because you’re not allowed to.
Grant: I didn’t touch it.

Patron: I’m still unhappy over here.
Lucy: Then I apologize on behalf of the library. And so does Grant.
Grant: No I don’t. They are lucky it worked as well as it did.
