I’ve worked customer service. This is hilarious and awesome because it’s obviously true.

  2. Robert in San Diego says:

Ah, the joys of the manufactured crisis….

  3. Pam Mann says:

I stopped by my branch today and the outside door didn’t quite close behind me all the way. I noticed a woman come into the vestibule, then walk back out. I did the nice thing and went out to say, “Sorry, we’re closed on Mondays.” She complained about that, then the the conversation went like this:
Her: “I just want to look at the free magazines in the box in the hall, can I do that?”
Me: No, I’m sorry the building is closed.
Her: I don’t want to go in the building, I just want to look at the magazines in the hall.
    Me: But….that… IS the building…..

    Oy….
