Jane: Someone has an admirer.
Esther: If only I didn’t.

Jane: Have you tried to get rid of him?
Esther: I’ve tried ignoring him, being rude to him, and heading into the back room when I see him.

Jane: Have you tried reporting him for harassment?
Esther: Yes but we don’t have a policy against “compliments”.

    Just a technical aside (nothing to do with the content of this set of panels): this is the first time I’ve seen the names of the regular characters, i.e., employees of this library, omitted. Like other regular readers of this great strip since it began, I know that these characters are Esther and Jody. I suppose this is just an unintentional slip?
