    Why would Grant be in trouble for helping a patron?

      At most places where I’ve worked, we’re not allowed to touch patrons, and we’re strongly discouraged from helping patrons with their devices.

        Well, I think that’s really bad customer-service… And who said that Grant touched the tablet? Perhaps he only stood next to the patron and said “You have to press this key. No, not this. THIS one! The big one right in the middle.”

      This is part of an arc which started off with him being told he wasn’t allowed to actively be tech support for patrons
