Patron: Can you help me find the information I need to fix it myself?
Grant: Sure, I'll print you a copy of this trouble shooting guide.
Grant hands her a printout of instructions. She’s looking at it as she takes it.
Patron: It says Step 1 is “Open the case.” It opens? Is there a buckle or something?
Grant: Allow me to supplement the instructions. Step 1: take your computer to a licensed repair center.
