Stephanie: I’m just trying to get through the day.
Grant: Whenever I get worked up, I look over here and absorb a little of your calm.
Grant: No matter how mad patrons make me, just being near you puts me back on an even keel.
Stephanie: My secret is indifference.
Grant: You’re my hero.
Stephanie: What do I have to do to get you to stop talking to me?
Stephanie: I’m just trying to get through the day.

Like Stephanie, my secret is: “No matter what I do, I get paid the same rate.”
And some (many?) of us get more and more work piled on us, having to do the jobs of at least five people with less help and all for the same pay.
Does Grant have a crush? For his sake I hope not.
