I am really enjoying your new strip. I went into a type of mourning when you announced Unshelved was ending, but I totally understand your need to do something new. Best wishes for continued success!

I’m happy that there’s a new Library Comic, but I still miss the Unshelved* characters, however. I really got used to Dewey and the gang coming to visit me every day and am enjoying the classics that I still receive in my inbox (although frozen in time) and yet I wonder how/what they’re doing…
Someday it might be neat (well, messy anyway) to have a gathering of both strips’ sets of characters for at least a couple of weeks in “Unshelved Library Comic;” the confrontation could be bibliographically explosive!
*And what a great title that was/is.

Characters could meet at a library convention (or Book Expo or ComiCon)! Maybe one of them is presenting!

We don’t have the rights to those characters so it’s not in the cards.
