The answer is simple… A library is a boon to any community! Where else can you find documented sources for reports or use the internet when you cannot afford a computer?

You just did. 🙂 I had to mix things up for logistical reasons, and kind of like it. Decided to keep the numbering, though, so I know the order in which they should have been run. (Will decide how to handle this for a book at some point.)
I don’t know if you’ve heard but up her in Ontario Lord high (and I do mean high) Premier Ford had slashed the Library’s funds.
Right now they had to discontinue inter Library lone’s, but there are rumors of other programs getting cut as well.
Well, you’d still have the Internet. Where you can find information for free, and have misinformation pushed on you. You can even usually tell which is which if you are careful.
