Patron: I want to want to read.
Martin: Great! Wandering the library is like taking a stroll through the world of ideas.
Patron: None of these look compelling.
Martin: Perhaps if you read more than the spines you’d find something you like.
Martin: On the back of each book or inside the cover is a synopsis. It’s a short description of what you’ll find inside the book.
Patron: So to find a book I want to read, I have to read about books I don’t want to read?
Martin: Exactly!
