Who hired this woman? HR needs to rethink her position. Maybe she should be transferred to Reference.

Perhaps a position in the background would be more suitable for this librarian… I think she would do a perfect job cataloguing.
The sad thing is too many of these librarians actually exist and work the desk. There are all sorts of reasons that can’t be fired.
Fortunately for me, I’m told I am very friendly. I try to counter the UNFRIENDLY curmudgeons.
But, hey this is what makes the strip so much fun, the very fact that some of the personnel are so unfit for their jobs, but at least Esther’s not running the country.
